Young aspirers wishing to join the property management industry will find majoring in property management, housing management etc. beneficial in applying for property management service licences and long-term career development.
Under the licensing regime, the Property Management Services Authority has recognised 66 specified property management or equivalent academic qualifications. After graduation, graduates can start as an Assistant Property Management Officer and progress on the career ladder of the profession gradually towards middle and senior property management ranks.

Organisations or educational institutions may send applications to the Property Management Services Authority for recognition of courses organised by them as specified property management or equivalent academic qualification under the property management industry licensing regime.
