Since the implementation of the property management (PM) industry licensing regime, the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) has been committed to fostering exchange and collaboration with relevant Government departments and PM industry organisations in Hong Kong, the Mainland and overseas. Through sharing Hong Kong’s experience in implementing the PM industry licensing regime, the PMSA seeks to promote mutual learning and coordinated development among PM sectors in different regions, while creating broader development opportunities for the industry.

The PMSA has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the following official organisation to establish cooperation frameworks and strengthen collaboration in areas including PM policies, industry regulation, talent and industry development, with a view to jointly promoting the high-quality development of the PM industry.
