The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) welcomes collaboration with business partners to push forward together the development of the property management industry of Hong Kong towards enhanced quality and professionalism.

When the PMSA conducts procurement, suppliers will be given equal opportunities to participate and compete, and procurement of goods or service contracts will be conducted through fair, open, transparent and competitive procedures. The PMSA treats all suppliers equally and ensures that all suppliers receive the same information prior to tender submission. The Property Management Services Property maintains a list of suppliers for goods and related services tendered by the PMSA. Any suppliers wishing to be considered for inclusion in the list may apply by sending a completed application form to the PMSA.
