Licence Renewal

As per the requirements of the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626), an application for the renewal of a licence must be made to the Property Management Services Authority within 6 to 9 months for a property management company licence and within 3 to 6 months for a property management practitioner licence before the expiry of the licence.

Submit licence application

An application for licence renewal may be submitted following the procedures set out below.

•    Property management company licence 
•    Property management practitioner licence
Make an appointment to submit the following at the Property Management Services Authority office Note 1:

•    A filled and signed application form;
•    The original of the required documents;
•    A copy of the required documents; and
•    The required fee (may pay by cash, cheque or Faster Payment System (FPS)).

or

Post the following to the Property Management Services Authority office Note 2:

•    A filled and signed application form;
•    A copy of the required documents (the verified copy will NOT be returned to the applicant); and
•    Crossed cheque for required fee (pay to “Property Management Services Authority”, post-dated cheque is not accepted).

Note 1: At this stage, the Property Management Services Authority only accepts submission of original documents for inspection by appointment. No walk-in counter services are provided.

Note 2: Underpaid mail items will not be accepted by the Property Management Services Authority.
