Property management practitioner licence
- Application fee (same fee for new application and licence renewal)
- Property management practitioner (Tier 1) licence: HK$100
- Property management practitioner (Tier 2) licence: HK$100
- Licence fee (for 36 months)
- Property management practitioner (Tier 1) licence: HK$3,600
- Property management practitioner (Tier 2) licence: HK$1,200
No fees will be refunded once a licence is issued
Licence fee will only be refunded if an application is withdrawn before it is approved or if the application is rejected.
However, application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Mailing cheques

Cheques should be crossed and made payable to “Property Management Services Authority”. Please write your full name and/or online application number (if applicable) at the back of your cheque.

Please mail the crossed cheque with Payment Advice to Units 806-8, 8/F, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Please mark “licence application” on the envelope. Do not send cash or post-dated cheque.
