Property Management Practitioner Licence
Property management practitioners working in licensed property management company serving managerial or supervisory roles in such property management company to provide property management services must hold licence in accordance with the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626).
A valid licence will only be issued by the Property Management Services Authority if the property management practitioner complies with the below:
