Recognised Professional Bodies

One of the criteria for holding a property management practitioner (Tier 1) licence is that the applicant is a member of a professional body recognised by the Property Management Services Authority and, where applicable, also a member of the specified class, type, division or pathway, as the case may be, of that professional body.
