物業管理人（第1級）及（第2級）牌照持有人每年分別須參與不少於12及6小時符合以下要求的持續專業發展活動 / 課程：
- 物業管理人（第1級）及（第2級）牌照持有人參與的「核心」活動／課程分別不少於８及４小時；
- 物業管理人（第1級）及（第2級）牌照持有人參與的「非正式」活動／課程分別不多於４及２小時；及
- 參與最少２小時在「核心」内容範疇內有關法例規管的活動／課程。
如何計算活動／課程的認可參與時數？

實體參與的活動／課程以１小時作為計算單位；而網上參與的活動／課程則以30分鐘為計算單位。

每次活動獲計算的認可參與時數上限為５小時；修讀課程則不設上限。

如課程的修讀期跨越計劃年度，應根據每年實際上課的時數計算。
