To facilitate residents across various districts of Hong Kong to gain knowledge about the provision of property management services by property management companies in the districts, the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) has launched the Licensed Property Management Companies Property Management Database (see Notes), so that the public can access information on properties with Deeds of Mutual Covenant managed by licensed property management companies in all 18 districts of Hong Kong.

Members of the public can search by property name or filter by district to conveniently locate the required information. This service helps enhance public understanding of the operation of licensed property management companies, promotes information transparency, and enhances the professional standard of the property management industry.

This Database is compiled based on the information about the properties managed by licensed property management companies reported to the PMSA in accordance with the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626). The information on properties contained in this Database is provided by the PMSA for general information only. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in the Database, the information has mainly been obtained from licensed property management companies, and the status of property management services changes readily from time to time. The PMSA gives no statement, representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, as to the accuracy or appropriateness of the Database for use in any particular circumstances. It accepts no responsibility or liability (howsoever caused) for the information contained in the Database. It is also not responsible for any loss whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any such information in the Database.

The PMSA is entitled to delete, suspend or edit all information on this Database at any time at its absolute discretion without giving any reason or prior notice. Users are responsible for making their own assessment of all information contained in or in connection with this Database and should seek independent advice and make verification before taking action based on such information.

This Database currently contains information up to 31 January 2026. The PMSA will update the Database around every three months.
