The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) is the statutory body established under the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap 626) and is tasked to regulate and promote the development of the property management industry. Applications are invited for the following position:
Administrative Assistant (Ref. No.: PMSA-AA-38/25)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Administration and Resources Management), the appointee will be responsible for the following:

provide day-to-day administrative support to the PMSA Executive Office, including but not limited to procure and maintain office supplies and equipment; assist in facilities management, and maintain central filing system, etc.

handle general internal and external enquiries;

perform offsite duties such as mailing, documents/parcel delivery and delivery and cheque bank-in, etc., when necessary;

provide logistics support and prepare documents for PMSA meetings, events and activities; and
-
undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements

Tertiary education or above in any disciplines
-
Relevant work experience is a plus. Fresh graduates are also welcome

Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organised, strong attention to detail and able to observe confidentiality

Good command of English and Chinese. Conversational Mandarin is a plus
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
A three-year employment contract will be offered. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
