Property Management Services Authority Specified Courses
The Property Management Services Authority Specified Courses are designed for property management practitioners who possess the specified work experience but do not have the required academic and/or professional qualifications. They have applied for provisional licence during the three-year transitional period under the property management industry licensing regime (before 31 July 2023), and upon completion of the Property Management Services Authority Specified Course within the validity of the provisional licence, they may then apply for formal property management practitioner licence without the academic and/or professional qualifications required.

| Course Assessment | - Students are required to attend 80% of classes of each module. - Students are required to complete all assessments in each module and achieve 50% of the total possible marks in all assessments, or the percentage required by the course provider (whichever is higher). - Assessment methods include written tests, individual assignments, short essays, case studies, group projects, etc. Written tests should account for 15% – 25% of the total assessment activities. |

Practitioners may choose a course provider based on the institution’s academic background, teaching expertise, course design, class location and course fee that suit individual needs.

The Property Management Services Authority Specified Courses are on the list of Reimbursable courses under the Continuing Education Fund (CEF). Students may apply for the CEF to subsidise the course fee upon completion of the course.
