99 Annual Report 2024-25 Property Management Services Authority 行政總裁報告 Chief Executive Officer’s Report 財務報告 Financial Highlights 年度概覽 Highlights of the Year 年度回顧 Review of the Year 積極溝通聯繫 Active Communication 機構管治 Corporate Governance 主席的話 Chairperson’s Message 強化與物管課程院校的協作關係 為推動物管業的專業發展及人才培育，監 管局持續加強與開辦物管相關課程的大專 院校合作，建立緊密的協作夥伴關係。監 管局於年內積極參與院校的學術活動，包 括為師生介紹物管業發牌制度，以及協助 課程內容與發牌制度要求接軌等。監管局 代表亦到訪承辦監管局指明課程及指明學 歷課程的院校或透過視像會議形式，與師 生直接交流行業最新動態，並為應屆畢業 學員講解牌照申領程序，年內安排共 24 場有關活動。此外，監管局亦支持院校舉 辦的課程啟動禮、畢業典禮等，持續推動 培訓工作以配合業界實際運作需求。這些 合作不僅為學員提供實用的專業知識，更 幫助業界培育符合發牌標準的新一代物管 人才。 Strengthening Collaborative Relationship with PM Course Institutions To promote the prof ess i ona l deve l opment and ta l ent cul t ivat ion of the PM indust ry, the PMSA cont inues to enhance cooperation with tertiary institutions offering PM- related courses, establishing close collaborative partnership. Throughout the year, the PMSA act ively part icipated in academic activities of these institutions, introducing the PM licensing regime to teachers and students, and assisting in aligning course content with the requirement of the licensing regime. PMSA representatives also visited institutions offering the PMSA Specified Courses and PMSA-specified qualification programmes or conducted virtual meetings to engage directly with teachers and students on latest industry development, and explain the l icence appl icat ion process to graduate students. A total of 24 related activities were organised within the year. In addition, the PMSA also supported institutions in hosting course launching ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, and other events to ensure the training provided tied in wi th pract ical operat ional needs of the industry.
