75 Annual Report 2024-25 Property Management Services Authority 行政總裁報告 Chief Executive Officer’s Report 財務報告 Financial Highlights 年度概覽 Highlights of the Year 年度回顧 Review of the Year 積極溝通聯繫 Active Communication 機構管治 Corporate Governance 主席的話 Chairperson’s Message 提升樓宇設施安全標準 為加強樓宇設施安全、增進公眾信任,監 管局過去一年除向物管業界發出《處理消 防安全工作》、《斜坡管理工作》等操守守 則及相關良好作業指南外,亦積極聯同政 府部門推動多項措施: • 樓宇保養協作:與屋宇署編製「樓宇 保養管理錦囊」,說明物管角色及業 主責任,並推廣「強制驗樓計劃」與 「強制驗窗計劃」。 檢測人員於物業天台操作機械人檢測樓宇結構安全 Inspectors operate robots on property rooftops to inspect building structure safety Enhancing Building Facility Safety Standard To improve bui lding faci l i ty safety and enhance publ ic conf idence, the PMSA issued the Code of Conduct for “ Handling Fire Safety Work ” and Code of Conduct for “ Slope Management Work ”, together with the respective Best Practice Guides over the past year. Additionally, the PMSA has also actively collaborated with Government departments to promote various measures: • Bui lding Maintenance Col laborat ion: Partnered wi th the Bui ldings Department to develop the “ Bui lding Maintenance Management Tips ” , outlining the roles of PM practitioners as well as owners’ responsibilities, while promoting the Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme and Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme. • 良好作業分享:邀請建築署與業界 分享採用創新科技為政府物業及設 施進行維修和翻新等工程,以提升 工作效率和服務質素。 • Best Pract ice Shar ing: The PMSA had inv i ted the Architectural Services Department to share with the PM industry the use of innovat ive technologies for maintenance and renovat ion works in Government properties and facilities, so as to enhance work efficiency and service quality.
