66 物業管理業監管局 2024-25 周年報告 進行紀律聆訊 監管局於 2024 年 6 月及 10 月，以公開形 式先後進行 8 宗紀律聆訊，而 8 名涉事持 牌人（答辯人）在聆訊中均承認對其作出 的指稱。經紀律委員會審議後，一致裁定 所有指稱成立，並依據《物管條例》作出 紀律制裁，包括發出口頭警告、書面譴 責、嚴厲書面譴責及罰款等命令。 Holding Disciplinary Hearings The PMSA held in public a total of eight disciplinary hearings in June and October 2024 respectively. The eight licensees (respondents) admitted to the allegations made against them in the hearings. The Disciplinary Committee unanimously ruled that the al legations made were substantiated, and issued disciplinary orders against the respondents in accordance with the PMSO, including verbal warning, written reprimand, severe written reprimand and fine, etc.
