59 Annual Report 2024-25 Property Management Services Authority 行政總裁報告 Chief Executive Officer’s Report 財務報告 Financial Highlights 年度概覽 Highlights of the Year 年度回顧 Review of the Year 積極溝通聯繫 Active Communication 機構管治 Corporate Governance 主席的話 Chairperson’s Message 認可專業團體 根據發牌制度規定,申請物管人(第 1 級) 牌照者須持有監管局認可專業團體的指定 會籍,而申請成為監管局認可專業團體 的業界組織則須符合嚴格的評審準則,包 括與香港物管業的關聯性、招收會員的準 則、制定專業操守規管機制、對會員持續 專業發展的要求及其於業界的認受性。 2024 年 9 月,監管局通過上述評審框架, 接納香港工程師學會成為第 11 個認可專 業團體,進一步擴闊合資格申領物管人 (第 1 級)牌照的專業背景,為物管行業發 展注入新動力,提升業界專業水平。 Recognised Professional Bodies Under the requirement of the l icensing regime, appl icants for PM practitioner (Tier 1) licences must hold designated membership of professional bodies recognised by the PMSA. Organisations applying to become Recognised Professional Bodies must meet stringent evaluat ion cri teria, including relevance to the Hong Kong PM indust ry, membership admission standard, mechanism for regulating professional conduct, requirement for members’ continuing professional development, and recognition within the industry. In September 2024, the PMSA approved the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers as the 11 th Recognised Professional Body through the above evaluation framework, further widening the professional background el igible for PM pract i t ioner (Tier 1) licence, injecting new momentum into the industry’s development, and enhancing professional standard. 馬紹祥工程師(圖右)代表香港工程師學會與監管局簽訂協議,學會成為監管局認可專業團體 Ir.
