Therefore, since August 2023, companies and practitioners licensed at the initial implementation of the l icensing regime in August 2020 have begun applying for licence renewal. In the year, the PMSA processed licence renewal appl icat ions for 69 PM companies and 2,318 practitioners. 續牌情況 物管公司牌照和物管人牌照的有效期一 般為三年。因此，自 2023 年 8 月起，首批 於 2020 年 8 月發牌制度實施初期獲發牌照 的物管公司及從業員開始陸續申請牌照續 期。在今個年度，監管局共為 69 個物管 公司牌照及 2,318 個物管人牌照進行續牌 工作。 監管局職員到訪香港都會大學李嘉誠專業進修學院，協助就讀指明課程學生申領牌照 PMSA staff visiting the Li Ka Shing Institute of Professional and Continuing Education at Hong Kong Metropolitan University to assist students of PMSA Specified Courses for making licence applications
