52 物業管理業監管局 2024-25 周年報告 監管局主席黃江天博士在典禮上致辭時表 示,回顧發牌制度三年過渡期,業界除須 適應新規、及時申領牌照外,更須積極參 與持續進修,以提升專業知識及技能,應 對行業未來發展的挑戰。期間,更面對疫 情帶來的嚴峻考驗,但業界全力投入防疫 抗疫工作,致力守護市民健康,其專業精 神及貢獻獲社會廣泛認同。監管局亦兩度 受政府委託推行「物業管理業界抗疫支援 計劃」,為近 20 萬名堅守崗位的前線物管 員工提供津貼,以肯定其在疫情期間盡心 盡力工作。 黃主席特別向物管業界、各政府部門、公 私營機構及大專院校致以衷心謝意。正因 各方鼎力支持,監管局方能有效履行法定 職能,推動業界順利過渡,持續向前,健 康發展。黃主席強調,作為香港物管業的 法定監管機構,監管局會繼續與各界持分 者緊密合作,透過「發牌規管業界」、「制 定專業標準」及「推動持續進修」三管齊 下,鼓勵業界恪守「服務優質」、「行事持 正」、「與時並進」三大核心價值,提供更 專業更優質的物管服務。 同時,監管局熱切期望業界在提升專業地 位水平的基礎上,能進一步配合政府施 政,協助解決社會問題,提升市民幸福 感,共同締造關愛共融、安居樂業的美好 家園。 Dr. James WONG, Chairperson of the PMSA, reflected on the three-year transitional period of the licensing regime. He highlighted that the PM industry not only adapted to new regulation and obtained licences promptly but also actively pursued continuous professional development to enhance professional knowledge and expertise, so as to cope with future development challenges. Amid the severe challenges posed by the pandemic, the industry demonstrated unwavering commi tment to publ ic heal th through robust epidemic prevention efforts, earning widespread societal recognition for its professionalism and dedication. The PMSA, entrusted by the Government, implemented the “Anti-epidemic Support Scheme for Property Management Sector” twice, providing subsidies to nearly 200,000 frontline PM workers to honor their steadfast contributions during the epidemic. Dr . James WONG expressed deep appreciat ion to the PM sector, Government departments, publ ic and private organi sat ions, and academic inst i tut ions for thei r v i tal support, which enabled the PMSA to effectively carry out its statutory duties and ensure the industry’s smooth transition, ongoing progress and healthy development. He underscored that, as the statutory regulatory body for the PM industry of Hong Kong, the PMSA wi l l continue to dedicate itself towards strengthening collaboration with various stakeholders in the communi ty to dr ive the PM industry through the three-pronged approach of “Regu l at i ng by l i cens i ng” , “Setting professional standard” and “Promoting continuous professional development” to provide PM services of enhanced professionalism and quality for members of the public through upholding the three core values of “Quality”, “Integrity” and “Advancement”. Looking ahead, the PMSA aims that, on the basis of enhancing its professional status, the industry can further complement the implementation of Government policies to help resolve different social issues, thereby enhancing the sense of well-being and developing together a loving and caring community for living and working in harmony.
