110 物業管理業監管局 2024-25 周年報告 The PMSA is a self-financing statutory body. Its income is generated from two sources, namely property transaction levy and licence fees. The total income and expenditure of the PMSA for the year were HK$49.5 million and HK$38.82 million respectively. There was a surplus of HK$10.68 million. In the initial set-up period, the PMSA had applied for a loan of HK$22 mi l l ion from the Government Loan Fund. The second repayment of HK$4.4 million for the loan was made on April 2, 2024. As of March 31, 2025, the Government Loan balance was HK$13.2 million and the relevant interest expense paid for the year was HK$0.29 mi l l ion. According to the repayment schedule, the third repayment of HK$4.4 million will be made on April 1, 2025. 監管局作為自負盈虧的法定機構,營運經 費主要來源為物業交易徵款及牌照費收 入。 監管局於本財政年度錄得總收入港幣 4,950 萬元及總支出港幣 3,882 萬元,年 度盈餘為港幣 1,068 萬元。 監管局在成立初期曾向政府「貸款基金」 申請港幣 2,200 萬元貸款,並已於 2024 年 4 月 2 日完成償還第二期本金港幣 440 萬元。截至 2025 年 3 月 31 日,未償還的 政府貸款餘額為港幣 1,320 萬元,本年度 相關利息支出約港幣 29 萬元。按還款計 劃,第三期本金港幣 440 萬元會於 2025 年 4 月 1 日到期清償。 財務狀況 Financial Highlights
